  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do!

  • Regarding shipping

    Shipping cost are adjusted according to the weight and packaging* of each item. Tracking number included.

    Package will be shipped on the following Saturday within a week.

    *Items are packed using cardboard and bubblewrap.

  • The item I want is sold out, will it be restocked?

    If a particular item you want is sold out, you can request for item restock through the store contact form.
    We will reply within 24 hours regarding if the stock is still available in Japan.

    Please be prepared to wait for at least 2 weeks for the requested item to arrive and be shipped to you.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    International shipping would take around 2 weeks or more, depending on the country's location and postal service. Domestic shipping would take 2 to 5 days.

    Please do take note that shipping may differ during holiday seasons.
